Just like you, we want great results for your dog's skin and coat, and believe our products will get you that result.  However, we also know that every dog is different and it can sometimes be a trial and error to find the exact product that works for your dog's skin.  Unfortunately that's the frustration so many of us find with trying to get relief for our dog.  Let us take some of that frustration away by allowing you to return, or exchange the product with no obligation.   Simply put, if you aren't completely satisfied, just return the product within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund* you 100% of your purchase price. 

We do suggest trying your product for at least 30 days, particularly if you have an itchy dog, as often times these require an adjustment period and at least a couple of baths to see results. Of course, if your dog develops a reaction or irritation discontinue use immediately.
